GENERAL INTRUSION DETECTION & PREVENTION

Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems

Since 2005, we have served a diverse range of small and large clients with fully customized perimeter intrusion and detection solutions that have met the needs identified in close to 300 projects. We can find the right intrusion detection solution for your needs.
Laser Perimeters/Fences/Walls

A LIDAR laser scanner detects individuals crawling beneath or otherwise crossing the perimeter of a fence with high detection speed, which is unaffected by interference from the weather. The sensor generates a 2D or 3D vertical detection field. If anyone penetrates this field, the security scanner triggers an alarm.

The monitored laser perimeter fence length can be divided into alarm zones, with each zone having a separate alarm designation.

Intrusion detection can be defined in terms of size and volume, therefore eliminating false alarms from objects or animals smaller than a person.

Provides a virtual protection fence where a physical fence construction is not sufficient or possible.

Area Monitoring

With area monitoring, software in the sensor will manage all monitoring areas. The intrusion detection system triggers an alarm whenever an area is violated. The sensor uses the measuring data with which it has been provided to determine the location of the intruder.

Devices are set so that small animals and adverse weather conditions do not trigger any false alarms.

  • Makes undetected intrusion into an area extremely difficult

  • Protection of approach areas to fences or buildings

  • One LIDAR scanner can  monitor large areas

  • Not impaired by surrounding lighting or weather conditions

  • Fixed-position obstacles can be blanked (e.g. wall constructions)

Open Spaces

LIDAR laser scanners can be used horizontally for the intrusion detection monitoring of open spaces. Several reporting levels can be defined for each scanner. Approach roads and access paths can also be suppressed to prevent disruptions to pedestrians or road traffic. As a result, separate, differentiable alarm notifications are generated. Disruptions due to adverse environmental conditions are intercepted first by the scanner, ensuring a low rate of false alarms.

  • Real-time intrusion detection monitoring

  • Precise demarcation

  • Insensitive to interference from movements outside of the monitoring area

  • Blanking of certain areas

  • Shape of intrusion detection monitoring areas can be defined by the user

  • Coverage of large areas

  • Separate alarm signals and camera control

Roof Protection

LIDAR laser scanners can be installed directly on the building for flat roof intrusion detection. This removes the need for expensive installations or attachments on the roof. The monitoring area for the system is set up approx. 30 cm above the ground so that any persons crawling under the alarm zone are detected and registered. The edge of the monitoring area can also be placed slightly above the edge of the roof so that any ladders, for instance, are detected at once. The arrangement of the monitored areas, the choice of object size to be detected and flexible adjustable response times mean any movement of animals, birds or leaves through the monitored area will not trigger an alarm (filter function).

  • High level of protection against intrusion

  • Seamless monitoring of light domes and bands of light

  • Early indication of break-in attempts

  • Monitoring of large areas using just a few sensors

  • Simple, low-cost retrofitting

  • Low installation and wiring costs

  • Prevention of destruction to property with low associated follow-up costs
